SLA: Best-effort availability. No uptime guarantee for MVP. We aim for 99.5%+ but do not contractually guarantee it.
Data accuracy: OHLCV data is sourced from Hyperliquid's public API and S3 archives. While we strive for completeness, gaps may exist for certain pairs and time ranges. See the coverage heatmap for details.
Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of any payment. Request your refund using the link in your Paddle receipt, the Manage Subscription link, or Paddle Buyer Support. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Rate limits: 60 requests/min per API key.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.
